Grammy's Fashion

I think we all can agree that miss chuck e cheese wore the most surprising look, but another dress also got my attention, surprised doesn't describe it correctly, more like a confused blend of hell yeah and why though?? If that makes sense??? This is the look I'm talking about:

It's just I don't really understand the statement, like I get that it's ironic but then again, to protest I wouldn't wear his slogan, but rather a white trash bag with cheetos glued on it, then a yellow feather clip to wear in my comb-over hair ya know??

Chrissy Teigen slayed me so hard, that's all I have to say about that.

I didn't really have a worst look picked out because all of the ones that are considered the "worst" were all funny and out there so I applauded them on that. So instead I'm going to mention my runner up which is Jane Zhang. Her gown is beautiful but I feel like it's too similar to what Lily Collins wore to the Golden Globes. I mean they're completely different in color and the designs aren't the exact same thing, but the whole illusion neckline with the texture continuing onto the skirt, they are the same. Still a beautiful gown though.

McCall's Renovation

Read this article about the McCall Pattern company and home sewing. Pay close attention to some of the changes the company has gone undergone toward the end of the article. For your readers, summarize what you learned, then add an opinion piece about how "fast fashion" has affected this important part of the fashion industry.

I read this article, "Do-It-Yourself Fashion Thrives at the McCall Pattern Company" in The New York Times, and I'm pleased to see that McCall's is trying to revamp their company to be more directed towards a younger customer. They hired their first Social Media Manager to branch out and become known to the millenials. As well as bringing some nostalgia to older social media users by posting pictures of patterns from the 1970's, and from what I saw, I kinda want to order one of these patterns so I can make the garment for my next project. Been really feelin the whole 1970's to 1990's fashion vibes. I range day to day on what era to be inspired by.
